💵 The Investment Strategy

Most of us are interested in investing. But there is a strategy to do it. First of all I’m not an invester. I don’t buy any shares till date, but I would like to share what I have learnt.

It’s a strategy and an understanding about shares that I haven’t tried, but confident about.

Even though I don’t buy shares, I do some simulations that gives me a pretty good idea.

Everyone know what Warren Buffett use to tell. “Split your investment and invest in multiple companies.” Make sure your investments are in different fields.

Shares are investments. I would like it that way, instead of something like a trade. Investing is something like being a company member where you just invest money. It’s also like a responsibility of making the company a success. And hence you have to keep the investments long term. I would prefer shares which pays dividends and some exclusive benefits to share holders.

Share is much like an asset. And you have to gain something of it.

Most people whom I have known has often told that they have lost much in the share markets.

People use to invest everything they have into the shares, which is a pretty bad idea. I would prefer to Invest only 10 percentage of the money I have in excess.

I always trust some experts who writes on the topic for the best companies to invest in. Newspaper and magazines have a pretty good prediction and information on companies that we could invest in.

We could also invest in indexes, rather than putting all the money in a single company. But, I don’t prefer indexes because we might not be a great compatibility with all the companies in the index. A custom investment package is a pretty good idea.

The reason why people invest in a single company, could be because they are just comfortable with that company and that domain.

I prefer split and investing in lots of companies.

Investing is a different profession. I hope I would enjoy.
